Veggie Plates

Veggie Chimichanga 
Fresh steamed vegetables,(green and red bell peppers, zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, and white onions) wrapped in a large flour tortilla, and deep fried until golden brown. Topped with your choice of hollandaise or ranchero sauce (spicy) and melted monterey jack cheese. Served with a  generous amount of     spanish rice, black beans, sour cream and guacamole.   
Veggie Burrito 
 A 12" tortilla stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, grilled white onions, zucchini, squash, red and green bell peppers, cauliflower, and broccoli smothered in your choice of hollandaise or ranchero sauce (spicy). Served with spanish rice, black beans, sour cream, and guacamole.    
Veggie Fajita 
Twelve ounces of fresh vegetables, (green and red bell peppers, zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, and white onions) steamed and lightly grilled to perfection. Served with spanish rice, black beans, sour cream, and guacamole.   
Veggie Stir Fry 
Zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, and white onions, red and green bell peppers, cooked in ranchero sauce and served on top a bed of spanish rice, topped with sour cream, and guacamole. (spicy)
